comments: What a pleasant experience my wife and I had last night when we ate at your restaurant. The food was excellent; I had Alligator over the spiced rice (nice heat in the rice) and my wife had Shrimp Sunny.
What really set our time in the restaurant apart was the service we got from Stacia. She met us at the door and sat us and then was our waitress. She was attentive to us, but not pushy, and she happily answered our questions about the menu, and just simply seemed to enjoy her job, unlike most servers who make you feel that you are intruding on them. She is one in a million who reassures that your customers will return again and again. Don't ever let her leave your employ. GREAT JOB on the food and the service.
