On Friday, March 9, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., a "Coeur Des Cajuns" winemaker's dinner will combine the class of The Vineyard at Hershey with the elegant Cajun flair of Prudhomme's. Come celebrate the joie de vivre and experience the culinary and viticulture delights in the attached four-course menu. These pairings have travelled from the barn to the bayou to be paired together specifically for this event!

FIRST COURSE: Blackened Shrimp in a Cloud –Blackened Butterflied shrimp set in a small “cloud” of gourmet mashed with frizzled onions and scallions -- PAIRED WITH A GLASS OF SEYVAL BLANC

What a pleasant experience my wife and I had last night when we ate at your restaurant. The food was excellent; I had Alligator over the spiced rice (nice heat in the rice) and my wife had Shrimp Sunny.
What really set our time in the restaurant apart was the service we got from Stacia. She met us at the door and sat us and then was our waitress. She was attentive to us, but not pushy, and she happily answered our questions about the menu, and just simply seemed to enjoy her job, unlike most servers who make you feel that you are intruding on them. She is one in a million who reassures that your customers will return again and again. Don't ever let her leave your employ. GREAT JOB on the food and the service.
